Ingredients

How to make it

  • Process the 'chicken' in a food processor and then transfer it to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Run the celery, onion and green pepper through the processor.
  • Add the vegetables to the mixing bowl and stir in the eggs, stuffing, salt and pepper; mix well.
  • Form into patties.
  • In a medium frying pan heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Fry patties on each side until browned.

    This looks great! It's so rare to see recipes that call for Loma Linda/Worthington products (unless it's the Apple a DAy cookbook, LOL).

    If you have a 7th-day Adventist Book Store in your area they should also carry it.

    Where do you get a can of vegetarian fried chicken? I'm from Salina, Kansas and I guess I'll try our health food store. Recipe sounds tasty so I'll try it when I find the FriChik. Thanks.
