Ingredients

How to make it

  • Grease a 3 quart casserole generously.
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a large saucepan brown the sausage for about 15 minutes, stir often.
  • Remove the meat and set it aside. Drain off all but 1/4 c of the drippings.
  • To the drippings add the celery and onion and saute them until golden, about 5 minutes.
  • Place the bread cubes, raisins, parsley, Worchestershire sauce, and salt into a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  • Stir in the eggs and then the cooked ingredients. Mix all of this well to combine.
  • Turn this into the prepared casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
