How to make it

  • Drain and wash the heart of palm with cold water;
  • Place the heart of palm, tomatoes and squash in bowl and add the chopped garlic and sliced basil.
  • Salt and pepper to taste then add the lime juice and the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss gently.
  • Let stand for about one hour at room temperature before serving.
