Chicken With Chipped Beef Recipe

Ingredients

1 small jar chipped beef

6 slices of bacon

1 3 oz package cream cheese

1 pint sour cream

1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 can mushroom soup

6 boneless chicken breasts

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place crumbled chipped beef in bottom of buttered casserole dish

Wrap bacon around each chicken breast and sprinkle with pepper

Lay in casserole

Blend soup, sour cream, cream cheese

Stir in mushrooms and blend well

Pour this mixture over the chicken

Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees

This recipe is awesome. It's easy to prepare and really tasty. I shared 2 helpings with my brother and our family ate 3 helpings. My husband thought it wa so good and wanted it again tonight. Sorry I shared....but they loved it, too! I used light sour cream and it was a little runny so I baked a little longer without the foil.
