Cheesy Tuna Casserole

- 1 cup macaroni (elbow is recommended) shopping list
- 2 (6 oz) cans of tuna, drained shopping list
- 1 (10.75 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups croutons, seasoned shopping list
- 1 pound of cheddar cheese, cut into cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Boil a large pot of water (lightly salted), Then add your pasta, cook for 8-10 minutes ("al dente") and drain. While the pasta is boiling, add tuna, mushroom soup, and 1/2 of the cheese into a 9x13 baking dish and mix well. Place pasta into your baking dish and combine with the tuna mixture. Then, add your remaining cheese to the top of the casserole, and add the croutons. Cover your dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until you notice the cheese has melted.

This is an excellent TNC. Using croutons for the cruncy topping gives you lots of options for flavor variations. Mmmmmmm!!
