How to make it

  • In a large salad bowl, combine yogurt, black pepper, red onion, jalapeno and cumin.
  • Stir in chick peas and set aside.
  • Add lemon juice, mix well and serve.
  • Stored in an airtight container, salad will keep 24 hours in the refrigerator.
