Green Pea Salad Recipe

	Marriage / All my dishes 10 months, 1 week ago I was given this recipe by a friend, it turned out to be a family gathering favorite. Two great things about it is, it can be made any time of year and it travels nicely. Prep:15m Cook:15m Servings:12	Marriage

Ingredients

Salad

16 oz can tiny green peas

16 oz can white shoepeg corn

16 oz can french style green beans

1 medium onion, chopped

3/4 cup celery, finely chopped

Dressing:

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup wine vinegar

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Make dressing by combining all ingredients and heat to boiling. While cooling, drain and combine the veggies. When the dressing is cool, pour over the veggies. Let stand 24 hours.

( I have made this and eaten it after 4 hours and it was good but it is better the longer it stands)
