How to make it

  • In large dutch oven melt butter, add flour , mix well n cook till bubbly. Add milk stir n cook untill starts to thicken. Add potatoes continue cooking, add ripples n cook for 5- 10 more minutes.
  • Ripples
  • Mix egg and flour together with 2 knives, add to soup stirring with fork to seperate.
  • To add cooked ham or bacon, add when you add potaotes. To add velevetta, add when you add milk.
  • If you don't know what ripples are , they are like little dumplings.
