How to make it
- In large dutch oven melt butter, add flour , mix well n cook till bubbly. Add milk stir n cook untill starts to thicken. Add potatoes continue cooking, add ripples n cook for 5- 10 more minutes.
- Mix egg and flour together with 2 knives, add to soup stirring with fork to seperate.
- To add cooked ham or bacon, add when you add potaotes. To add velevetta, add when you add milk.
- If you don't know what ripples are , they are like little dumplings.
