Ingredients

1 # ground beef

1 cup sliced celery

1 can mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 soup tin warm water

1 cup chopped onions

1 pkg frozen peas

1/2 cup uncooked rice

1/4 cup soya sauce

1 tsp pepper

1 3oz package of chow mein noodles to top with

Directions

preheat over to 350 degrees

Brown meat till crumbly

add onion, celery,peas and soup

add 1 soup tin of warm water

stir in rice, soya sauce,and pepper

Turn into a cassarole dish

cover and bake 350 for 30 min

remove lid and continue baking for 20 min more at 350

then top with chowmein noodles continueing to bake for another 10 min

remove and let sit for 5 min

What is a package of chow mein noodles? Chow means fried. Mein means noodles. A package of fried noodles?

There is absolutely nothing Chinese about this recipe.
