- 250G tomatoes shopping list
- 150G sweet peppers shopping list
- 100G GREEN pimentoES shopping list
- 1 MEDIUM-SIZED CUCMBER shopping list
- 1 LARGE onion shopping list
- 2 HARD BOILED eggs shopping list
- 100 olives shopping list
- 6 TABLESPOONS olive oil shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS vinegar shopping list
- 1 TABLESPOON capers shopping list
- A PINCH OF dried mint shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- salt TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- WASH SWEET PEPPERS AND PIMENTO THOROUGHLY
- CUT OFF THE STALKS AND REMOVE THE SEEDS
- WASH TOMATOES AND REMOVE SEEDS
- PEEL CUCUMBER AND ONION
- CUT ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS INTO SMALL PIECES
- RUB DRIED MINT BETWEEN THE HANDS TO REDUCE IT TO A POWDER.
- SPRINKLE ONTO THE CHOPPED INGREDIENTS.
- ADD SALT AND VINEGAR
- MIX EVERYTHING WELL TOGETHER
- POUR ON OLIVE OIL
- GARNISH WITH EGG SLICES, SMALL PIECES OF TUNA FISH
- OLIVES, CAPERS AND SLICES OF LEMON
- SERVE CHILLED.
