Just a basic , simple stir-fry recipe I got from my aunt. I cooked this for my Mom one night and she loved it. If you're not vegetarian, it is really easy to add beef or chicken instead of tofu. Enjoy it with a glass of mango juice!

This sounds interesting, I might have to give it a try. I used to do stir fries regularly (really basic ones) but I've got out of the habit, I'll have to get back into them.
