My Sisters Waffles Recipe

	Crossfire / All my dishes 5 months, 1 week ago These are my sisters comments: These were pretty good. Next time, I’ll use more vanilla and more sugar. The texture was great, but a little more prominent flavor would have been nice. It makes a ton of waffles. Prep:5m Cook:5m Servings:5	Crossfire

Ingredients

1 3/4 c flour

2 t baking powder

1 T sugar

1/2 t salt

3 beaten egg yolks

1 3/4 c milk

1/2 c vegetable oil

1 t vanilla

3 egg whites - beaten stiffly

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Combine yolks and milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in oil and mix. GENTLY fold in beaten egg whites, do not over mix.

Pour about 1/2 cup at a time into waffle iron.
