- 4-slices bacon(slice in small pieces) shopping list
- 3-tblsn evoo + 2tblspn bacon drippings shopping list
- 1-black angus london broil(cut into thick chunks 11/2 inches shopping list
- 1-box baby portabellas shopping list
- 1/bag birds eye pearl onions shopping list
- 2 cups beef broth shopping list
- 2 cups burgandy shopping list
- sea salt and pepper meat shopping list
- 2-tblspn flour shopping list
- 1-pkg extra broad no yolk noodles(following cooking directions) shopping list
- 1tsp-chives shopping list
How to make it
- In fry pan cook bacon crisp in small pieces reserve 2 tblspn drippings add 2 tblspns evoo,add beef braise til brown on each side,add 2 cupsbeef broth and 2 cups burgandy,put in preheated 375 degree oven for an hour
- then add bacon pieces and more burgandy and broth if needed
- cook another 30 minutes in oven on 350
- on stove top in sauce pan cook baby portabellas in 2 tblspoons of unsalted butter,when cooked about 10 minutes add 2 tblspoons of flour,mix til incorporated add to oven pot
- in another stove top pan cook pearl onions with a little water about 1 tsp and pinch sugar ,cook tell pearls r lightly carmelized add to oven pan,cook for 30 minutes
- on stove top cook no yolks drain add chives . serve with garlic bread
