Ingredients
  • 4-slices bacon(slice in small pieces)
  • 3-tblsn evoo + 2tblspn bacon drippings
  • 1-black angus london broil(cut into thick chunks 11/2 inches
  • 1-box baby portabellas
  • 1/bag birds eye pearl onions
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups burgandy
  • sea salt and pepper meat
  • 2-tblspn flour
  • 1-pkg extra broad no yolk noodles(following cooking directions)
  • 1tsp-chives

Directions
  1. In fry pan cook bacon crisp in small pieces reserve 2 tblspn drippings add 2 tblspns evoo,add beef braise til brown on each side,add 2 cupsbeef broth and 2 cups burgandy,put in preheated 375 degree oven for an hour
  2. then add bacon pieces and more burgandy and broth if needed
  3. cook another 30 minutes in oven on 350
  4. on stove top in sauce pan cook baby portabellas in 2 tblspoons of unsalted butter,when cooked about 10 minutes add 2 tblspoons of flour,mix til incorporated add to oven pot
  5. in another stove top pan cook pearl onions with a little water about 1 tsp and pinch sugar ,cook tell pearls r lightly carmelized add to oven pan,cook for 30 minutes
  6. on stove top cook no yolks drain add chives . serve with garlic bread
