How to make it

  • Mix sugar and oil together.
  • Add beaten egg, vanilla, rhubarb sauce and oatmeal.
  • Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture.
  • Stir in walnuts.
  • Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375°F for 15 min. or until golden brown.

    This recipe looks great and would love to make it.My question is how do you make the rhubarb sauce?My sister in law grows her own.She make a wonderful rhubarb cake that I will be putting out in the next couple days
