How to make it

  • CUT THE DE BONED MEAT INTO TINY PIECES AND RUB THEM WITH SALT, BLACK PEPPER AND SAFFRON
  • BROWN IN HOT OIL TOGETHER WITH THE CHOPPED ONION COVER WITH WATER AND COOK OVER A FAIRLY HIGH FLAME FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES
  • WHEN PART COOKED ADD THE POTATO AND TWO HARD BOILED EGGS, DICED.
  • TAKE OFF THE HEAT ONCE THE LIQUID HAS REDUCED AND THE MEAT IS WELL COOKED. A LITTLE OF THE JUICE SHOULD REMAIN WITH THE MEAT.
  • BREAK 6 GGS INTO A BOWL, BEAT AS FOR AN OMELETTE, ADD FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY, GRATED CHEESE AND BREADCRUMBS.
  • ADD COOKED INGREDIENTS TO THIS MIXTURE.
  • ADD SALT TO TASTE
  • POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A GREASED OVENPROOF DISH.
  • COOK IN A HOT OVEN FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
  • MAY BE SERVED EITHER HOT OR COLD.

    I'm a very good girl too, but have found no real use for four men or mani's. My mother tells me I'm too young to understand such things.
