- 300G DE BONED lamb shopping list
- 100G breadcrumbs shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2 HARD BOILED eggs shopping list
- 1 POTATO]\ shopping list
- 100G GRATED cheese shopping list
- 1 TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED onion shopping list
- 3 TABLESPOONS olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 TABLESPOON FRESHLY ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 PINCH SAFRON shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- CUT THE DE BONED MEAT INTO TINY PIECES AND RUB THEM WITH SALT, BLACK PEPPER AND SAFFRON
- BROWN IN HOT OIL TOGETHER WITH THE CHOPPED ONION COVER WITH WATER AND COOK OVER A FAIRLY HIGH FLAME FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES
- WHEN PART COOKED ADD THE POTATO AND TWO HARD BOILED EGGS, DICED.
- TAKE OFF THE HEAT ONCE THE LIQUID HAS REDUCED AND THE MEAT IS WELL COOKED. A LITTLE OF THE JUICE SHOULD REMAIN WITH THE MEAT.
- BREAK 6 GGS INTO A BOWL, BEAT AS FOR AN OMELETTE, ADD FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY, GRATED CHEESE AND BREADCRUMBS.
- ADD COOKED INGREDIENTS TO THIS MIXTURE.
- ADD SALT TO TASTE
- POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A GREASED OVENPROOF DISH.
- COOK IN A HOT OVEN FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
- MAY BE SERVED EITHER HOT OR COLD.
