Chicken In Sour Cream Sauce

This recipe is wonderful for those on the run,put it int he crock pot and eat when you get home.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning shopping list
- 6 bone-in-chicken breast halves, skin removed shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the first 4 ingredients; rub over chicken. Place in a slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, and wine or broth; stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hrs. or until chicken juices run clear. Thicken the sauce if desired
