    I think most cooks use the measurements given as a starting point and make it up as they go along. This is a very smart recipe posting without quanitities. = )

    Yes, after our "discussion" I decided the people who use this site are surely capable of understanding that cooking is a personal taste and sensibility experience. This is one of those things I stand there and smell and take a tiny taste or two of to get it where we like it and then chill. Let's see if anyone else is joining our society of guesstimators!
