Blueberry Crumble Cake

- 3/4 C sugar shopping list
- 1/4 C shortening shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 C milk shopping list
- 2 C flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 C fresh or frozen blueberries shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1/2 C white granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/3 C all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 C butter or margerine, softened shopping list
How to make it
- Preheate oven to 375 degrees F. Grease one 8x8" BAKER'S SECRET Square cake pan.
- Cream together 3/4 C sugar, shortening, and egg.
- In a separate bowl mix 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into sugar mixture, alternating with milk. Stir in blueberries. Pour into pan.
- Topping: Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter or margarine. Sprinkle over cake batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
