How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Combine cream cheese,sugar,lemon juice,and vanilla until well blended.
  • Add eggs one at a time,mixing well after each addition.
  • Place crust on baking sheet and pour the filling in.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or untl almost set.
  • Combine sour cream,sugar,and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Carefully spread over cheesecake and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
  • Top with fruit if desired.
