- 1 can (10-1/2 oz.condensed chicken broth (1-1/3 cups) shopping list
- 1 cup chopped zucchini or yellow squash shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dill weed shopping list
- 2 cups white rice, uncooked shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato shopping list
- 1/4 cup (1 oz.) Grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Bring broth, zucchini, water and dill to boil in medium saucepan.
- Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Add tomato and cheese; stir.
- Makes 4 to 6 Servings
