Ingredients
  • 1 can (10-1/2 oz.Condensed Chicken Broth (1-1/3 cups)
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini or yellow squash
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 2 cups White Rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup (1 oz.) Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions
  1. Bring broth, zucchini, water and dill to boil in medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato and cheese; stir.
  4. Makes 4 to 6 Servings
