Chicken Blobs 1

This is one of several marinades/sauces I use on boneless skinless chicken breasts ("blobs"). Serve with rice and a vegetable for a quick and tasty meal.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1-2 packets Splenda shopping list
- a few drops dark sesame oil (optional) shopping list
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast shopping list
- (all quantities approximate and can be adjusted to suit your taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first five ingredients and mix well.
- Pour over chicken.
- Microwave according to your oven's directions (I do 4 minutes at 70% power).
- Enjoy!

This sounds good!!! Can I make up a batch and keep in frig to use for other meats? Hope so! I'm thinking this would also be good on a Pork roast or tenderloin:)HIGH FIVE!!!!
