Chicken Blobs 1 Recipe

	Soprano / All my dishes 1 year, 9 months ago This is one of several marinades/sauces I use on boneless skinless chicken breasts ("blobs"). Serve with rice and a vegetable for a quick and tasty meal. Prep:5m Cook:4m Servings:1	Soprano

Ingredients

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1-2 packets Splenda

a few drops dark sesame oil (optional)

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast

(all quantities approximate and can be adjusted to suit your taste)

Directions

Combine first five ingredients and mix well.

Pour over chicken.

Microwave according to your oven's directions (I do 4 minutes at 70% power).

Enjoy!
