Creole Catfish Dip

- 4 catfish fillets (4 ozs) shopping list
- 1 1/2 packages cream cheese softened (8 ounce size) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions, divided shopping list
- 1 bottle chili sauce (12 oz size) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook fish according to *Fish in a Flash recipe* (already posted)
- Beat cream cheese and next 4 ingredients with an electric mixer until
- smooth.
- Stir in 1/4 cup green onions.
- Spread cheese mixture in an 8 inch bowl or cast iron skillet.
- Spread chili sauce over cheese mixture; top with falked catfish and remaining onions.
- Serve immediately.
- Yield: 3 1/2 cups
