Creole Catfish Dip Recipe
This is the recipe that goes with theFish in a Flash recipe..A Coastal Living Magazine recipe... I have not tried this....Let me know if you try it..

Ingredients
  • 4 catfish fillets (4 ozs)
  • 1 1/2 packages cream cheese softened (8 ounce size)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions, divided
  • 1 bottle chili sauce (12 oz size)

Directions
  1. Cook fish according to *Fish in a Flash recipe* (already posted)
  2. Beat cream cheese and next 4 ingredients with an electric mixer until
  3. smooth.
  4. Stir in 1/4 cup green onions.
  5. Spread cheese mixture in an 8 inch bowl or cast iron skillet.
  6. Spread chili sauce over cheese mixture; top with falked catfish and remaining onions.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Yield: 3 1/2 cups
