Microwave Spaghetti Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef crumbled

1 medium white onion

1 clove garlic mined

4 cups beef stock

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 can sliced mushrooms

1 can tomato sauce

1 cup frozen cut green beans

1-1/2 cups broken spaghetti uncooked

1 teaspoon parsley flakes

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 bay leaf

1/2 teaspoon oregano

Directions

In large casserole combine ground beef, onion, garlic and oil then microwave on high for 10 minutes sturring once during cooking.

Drain well then add remaining ingredient sand cover and microwave on high for 25 minutes.

Stir occasionally.

I think I might try this... we're working away from home, living in a hotel room, missing my kitchen and good home cooked meals. This sounds like good comfort food.
