- 500 gr farina / flour shopping list
- 100 gr. zucchero / sugar shopping list
- 1 cucchianino di sale / tsp salt shopping list
- 2 uova / eggs shopping list
- 50 gr. burro / butter shopping list
- 1 bicchierino di vino bianco / 1 very small coffee cup of white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Impastare tutti gli ingredienti e lasciar riposare la pasta per 30 min.
- Stendere la pasta il più sottile possibile (meglio se con la macchinetta per la pasta).
- Friggere in abbondante olio caldo (175°)
- Scolare bene e lasciare freddare
- Cospargere con zucchero a velo
- Mix all ingredients and let the dough rest for 30 min.
- Roll out the dough as thin as possible
- Deep fry in hot oil (175 c°)
- Drain well and allow to cool
- Dust with icing sugar
