How to make it

  • Impastare tutti gli ingredienti e lasciar riposare la pasta per 30 min.
  • Stendere la pasta il più sottile possibile (meglio se con la macchinetta per la pasta).
  • Friggere in abbondante olio caldo (175°)
  • Scolare bene e lasciare freddare
  • Cospargere con zucchero a velo
  • Mix all ingredients and let the dough rest for 30 min.
  • Roll out the dough as thin as possible
  • Deep fry in hot oil (175 c°)
  • Drain well and allow to cool
  • Dust with icing sugar
