Ingredients

1 1/2 LB GROUND BEEF

1 SMALL ONION (CHOPPED)

1 HEAD CABBAGE (CHOPPED)

3 CANS TOMATO SAUCE

Directions

Spread ground beef in the bottom of a large casserole pan.

Sprinkle chopped onion over the ground beef.

Toss the cabbage into the pan also.

Pour the tomato sauce over the cabbage.

Bake at 350* until the ground beef is done and the cabbage is tender.(sometimes this takes 45 minutes or longer)
