One of hubbys favs. I use the 1/2 tsp curry powder. He loves curry! This is soo easy to make and very good.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fresh dill weed
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp curry powder

Directions
  1. Mix ingredients and put in oven proof bowl.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Serve with corn chips and crackers
