Chicken Nuggets Parmigiana Recipe
All the flavor of chicken parmaigiano but less than a third of the hassle to prepare. Kids love this

Ingredients
  • 1 jar (26-28 ounces) Pasta Sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated or frozen chicken nuggets (about 18 nuggets)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375º.
  2. In 13x9-inch baking dish, evenly spread 1½ cups of the Pasta Sauce.
  3. Arrange the chicken nuggets in the dish, top with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite pasta.

I've made these for my kids for a couple of years now and they have always loved them! They are past the toddler stage now, so they like to eat these by using a toothpick to spear them. Anything to make it more fun always gets them to eat more! :)
