Tomato Corn Chowder Recipe
I love chowders and make them all year long. This one is very good. It's easy and packed full of flavor. Hope you enjoy as much as I do.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounce can whole kernel corn
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups sliced onion
  • 2 cans condensed tomato soup
  • 2 soup cans water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano leaves crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Drain corn, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
  2. In 3 quart saucepan brown beef and cook onion until tender (use shortening if necessary).
  3. Stir to separate meat.
  4. Pour off fat.
  5. Add reserved corn liquid and remaining ingredients.
  6. Heat stirring often.
