Copycat For Borden's Sweetened Condensed Milk. Great Money Saver

Ingredients
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 1 C. plus 2 T. powdered milk

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Heat to boiling.
  3. Cook until thick, this will take 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. This equals one can.
