Copycat For Borden's Sweetened Condensed Milk. Great Money Saver
Ingredients
- 3/4 C. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 C. water shopping list
- 1 C. plus 2 T. powdered milk shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients.
- Heat to boiling.
- Cook until thick, this will take 15 to 20 minutes.
- This equals one can.
