How to make it

  • Make a stock from chicken, 1 whole carrot, celery, parsley, onion, garlic, bay leaves, allspice, salt and pepper.
  • Cook it in 4 litres of water for about 2 hours.
  • Take out meat and veggies.
  • Cut meat in cubes.
  • Strain the stock and set on low heat.
  • Add cabbage, cuted carrot and mushrooms.
  • Cook for about 3-4 min.
  • Add meat, spring onion, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, dry ginger, sesame oil and salt (if necessary).
  • Cook for 1 min and serve.
