Asian style soup

- * 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- * 2 carrots (one whole and one cut in stripes) shopping list
- * 1 root celery shopping list
- * 1 root parsley shopping list
- * 1 onion shopping list
- * 1 garlic clove shopping list
- * 1 napa cabbage shopping list
- * 5 dried wood ear mushrooms, cooked and cuted in slices shopping list
- * 1 tbs of soy sauce shopping list
- * 1/2 tsp of dry ginger shopping list
- * 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (hot!) shopping list
- * 1 tsp of sesame oil shopping list
- * 3 tbs chopped spring onion shopping list
- * salt, black pepper shopping list
- * 2 dry bey leaves shopping list
- * 4 dry allspice fruits shopping list
How to make it
- Make a stock from chicken, 1 whole carrot, celery, parsley, onion, garlic, bay leaves, allspice, salt and pepper.
- Cook it in 4 litres of water for about 2 hours.
- Take out meat and veggies.
- Cut meat in cubes.
- Strain the stock and set on low heat.
- Add cabbage, cuted carrot and mushrooms.
- Cook for about 3-4 min.
- Add meat, spring onion, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, dry ginger, sesame oil and salt (if necessary).
- Cook for 1 min and serve.
