How to make it

  • Peel and slice fruits (such as kiwi, any melon, pineapple, bananas etc) into 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick pieces) and using cookie cutters, stamp out shapes from melons.
  • Keep fruits such as strawberries whole for easy skewering.
  • Skewer one shape after another until you have used one of each type for one skewer.
  • Arrange on platter and brush with a mixture of lemon and honey to coat and flavor.
  • Chill and serve. You can provide honey yogurt for dipping as a side compliment to these skewers.
  • Note: Keep all fruit 'cuttings' leftover and use to blend with yogurt and lemon honey mixture for a nice surprise for yourself!
