This is a great and easy jello salad to bring to a potluck. This came from a dear friend of mine and I know it is good because I have had it at several potluck dinners. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg orange jello
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 3oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 can apricots

Directions
  1. Put hot water and jello in blender.
  2. Add cream cheese cut in pieces with juice from apricots.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Cut up canned apricots into quarters and mix with blended ingredents.
  5. Pour into a glass serving dish and chill until well set.
