How to make it

  • Preheat oen to 325 degrees
  • Mix all ingredents together and make sure it is well combined.
  • Pour into 2 quart glass casserold dish, buttered.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until middle isn't runny.

    Sorry, this did not work for me at all. It is very sweet, very oily and it has a bit of a custard texture to it. I thought of adding cheese and bacon to it and only using 1/2 the butter, but it would still be way to sweet. The Jiffy mix is sweet in its self and the cream corn is real sweet. So I think I will pass on making this again

    This looks absolutely tastey ! I think that I might try it with frozen corn. Did your Mother use home canned corn ? or home done frozen corn ? either way, this looks like a real crowd pleaser !
