How to make it

  • Combine vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, water and pepper in a medium saucepan and bring to boil, stirring to disolve sugar.
  • Cool.
  • Combine green beans, peas, corn, pimentos, celery, green pepper and oinon and stir in vinegar mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Serve well chilled.
