This is the perfect way to end a summer's meal... with a quick and easy dessert...This is a L & T Magazine recipe....Ive made this and its great...

Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 8 oz carton whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cans blueberry pie filling
  • 1 prepared angel food cake, cut into 1 inch cubes

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar
  2. fold in whipped topping and cake cubes
  3. spread evenly in to an ungreased 13 x 9 dish
  4. top with pie filling
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares
