How to make it

  • Wash an hull berries. Partially puree in food processor or blender, leaving chunks of berries.
  • Combine partially pureed berries and honey in saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat until hot and bubbly. Add chopped mint. Stir to combine well.
  • Serve sauce, either hot or cold over ice cream .
