Coconut Mango Bread Pudding

- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 tsp fresh grated nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/4 mango diced (more or less to taste) shopping list
- 6 cups of cubed stale bread (I used old rolls) shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- Remaining coconut milk shopping list
- Remaining sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1 TBSP rum extract (or the real stuff) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl combine everything except bread.
- Mix well.
- Add bread.
- Put in 9" pie pan.
- Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
- Sauce:
- Right before finished baking heat all sauce ingredients.
- Serve immediately with pudding.
