Ingredients
  • 7 ounces (20 dkg) chicken liver
  • 3-4 carrotts cut into 1-2 cm pieces
  • 3 ounces cabbage cut into strips
  • 1 stick of celery cut into slices
  • 3 ounces green peas
  • 1 medium potato (whole)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 colves of garlic
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 buch of parsley
  • 6-7 pieces of whole black pepper
  • 2 chicken bouillon/seasoning cube
  • +salt, ground pepper if desired
  • + 7 ounces vermicelli noodle

Directions
  1. Put the carrots, cabbage and the rinsed chicken liver into a pot. Put into it the parsley, the whole onion, garlic, celery, green peas, green pepper, whole black peppers and the whole tomato too. Add water while the pot full.
  2. Add seasoning cubes. Bring to boil,then reduce the heat. Cover partially, and simmer until vegetables and liver are tender, about 25 min. Add salt, ground pepper if it needs.
  3. When everithing is tender shut down the heat. Discard the onion, garlic, tomato, green pepper and parsley.
  4. During it boil water in a saucepan and cook the noodles according the instructions on the package.
  5. Serve the hot soup with the vegetables and noodles.
