How to make it

  • Put the carrots, cabbage and the rinsed chicken liver into a pot. Put into it the parsley, the whole onion, garlic, celery, green peas, green pepper, whole black peppers and the whole tomato too. Add water while the pot full.
  • Add seasoning cubes. Bring to boil,then reduce the heat. Cover partially, and simmer until vegetables and liver are tender, about 25 min. Add salt, ground pepper if it needs.
  • When everithing is tender shut down the heat. Discard the onion, garlic, tomato, green pepper and parsley.
  • During it boil water in a saucepan and cook the noodles according the instructions on the package.
  • Serve the hot soup with the vegetables and noodles.
