Rich soup from chicken liver

- 7 ounces (20 dkg) chicken liver shopping list
- 3-4 carrotts cut into 1-2 cm pieces shopping list
- 3 ounces cabbage cut into strips shopping list
- 1 stick of celery cut into slices shopping list
- 3 ounces green peas shopping list
- 1 medium potato (whole) shopping list
- 1 tomato shopping list
- 1 red onion shopping list
- 2 colves of garlic shopping list
- 1 green pepper shopping list
- 1 buch of parsley shopping list
- 6-7 pieces of whole black pepper shopping list
- 2 chicken bouillon/seasoning cube shopping list
- +salt, ground pepper if desired shopping list
- + 7 ounces vermicelli noodle shopping list
How to make it
- Put the carrots, cabbage and the rinsed chicken liver into a pot. Put into it the parsley, the whole onion, garlic, celery, green peas, green pepper, whole black peppers and the whole tomato too. Add water while the pot full.
- Add seasoning cubes. Bring to boil,then reduce the heat. Cover partially, and simmer until vegetables and liver are tender, about 25 min. Add salt, ground pepper if it needs.
- When everithing is tender shut down the heat. Discard the onion, garlic, tomato, green pepper and parsley.
- During it boil water in a saucepan and cook the noodles according the instructions on the package.
- Serve the hot soup with the vegetables and noodles.

Delicious! I don't normally like the taste of liver but need to get my iron levels up. I'm so glad I found this recipe as I've finally found a way of eating liver that tastes good. Thank you
