Quick Fruit Crumble Cake

- 1 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 3 cup flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1 (21 oz.) can pie filling of your choice shopping list
- whipped cream or confectioners' sugar (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Mix flour and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture, 1 cup at a time. Batter should not be dry. Press some of the batter, in a thin layer, on the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of an 8 inch springform pan.
- Pour the pie filling over batter.
- Sprinkle the remaining batter in large crumbs over the entire cake.
- Bake 1 hour or until crumbs are brown.
- Cool on rack; remove sides of pan.
- Serve with whipped cream or sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
