How to make it
- Cook cauliflower as directed on package. Drain and coarsely chop. In large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. Blend in flour. Add chicken broth, milk, worchestrshire sauc.
- Cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly; add cauliflower.
- Bring to boiling and stir in cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle withsnipped chives.
