How to make it

  • Make the honey mustard mixture as directed on the package in a medium-sized bowel (combining oil and vinegar, and orange juice in the place of water). When you are finished, set it to the side.
  • Set the grill at high.
  • Put a light amount of oil on the grate of the grill and cook chicken on each side until juices come out clear (usually between 6 and 8 minutes). When finished, remove from grill and cut cooled meat into strips.
  • Combine the mixed greens, chicken, pecans, berries and peas. Stir in the honey mustard dressing, and toss.
