Crab salad lettece wraps

- 1/2 lb crab meat shopping list
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream shopping list
- 2 Tbs Miracle Whip shopping list
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbs dried parsely shopping list
- Dash of ginger shopping list
- Dash of pepper shopping list
- 6 or 8 full Lettece leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sour cream, miracle whip, red pepper, parsely ginger and pepper in medium bowl
- Crumble crab meat and add to mixture
- Lay lettece leaves out flat
- put approx 2 spoonfulls of mixture onto Leaf
- Tuck bottom part of lettece and roll leavin top open
- Lay onto a 5 in wide strip of saran wrap and wrap tightly
- Wrap each one seperately and place into a container
- Place in fridge for 1 hr to chill
- Remove saran wrap and place on place to serve
- ** you can make these as big or small as you like**
