Low-fat Baked Dijon Chicken Recipe
This recipe came from our local grocery store. Something healthy that my family LOVES.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or turkey breast tenderloins, all visible fat removed
  • 1 tbsp Dijon or coarse-grained mustard
  • 2 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Rinse chicken or turkey and pat dry.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
  4. Arrange chicken or turkey in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Spread mustard mixture over the top of each piece.
  5. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken or turkey is tender and no longer pink.
