Low-fat Baked Dijon Chicken

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or turkey breast tenderloins, all visible fat removed shopping list
- 1 tbsp Dijon or coarse-grained mustard shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon or lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp bottled minced garlic shopping list
- 1/8 tsp black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Rinse chicken or turkey and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
- Arrange chicken or turkey in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Spread mustard mixture over the top of each piece.
- Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken or turkey is tender and no longer pink.
