How to make it

  • Prepare rice as directed on package.
  • While rice is simmering combine garlic cloves and oil in second large skillet.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Combine seasonings and sprinkle over chicken.
  • Push garlic to edge of skillet then add chicken and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Remove garlic with slotted spoon then squeeze softened garlic over chicken and discard peels.
  • Stir tomato into rice and serve rice topped with chicken, juices and lemon wedges.
