Same flavor as Pecan Pie. Uses oatmeal instead of the nuts.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 C. rolled oats
  • 2/3 C. corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 C. margarine, melted
  • pie crusts

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
  3. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake 55 minutes.
  6. Lay a square of foil on top of the pie if it starts to get too brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
