PECANLESS PECAN PIE

- Serves 8
Same flavor as Pecan Pie. Uses oatmeal instead of the nuts.
Ingredients
- 2/3 C. rolled oats shopping list
- 2/3 C. corn syrup shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 C. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2/3 C. margarine, melted shopping list
- pie crusts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into unbaked pie crust.
- Bake 55 minutes.
- Lay a square of foil on top of the pie if it starts to get too brown.
- Let cool before serving.
