Beet And Apple Salad

A crunchy and heavenly salad. With just a few ingredients, it's a snap to make. You won't be able to stop eating it. Holiday Fare.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbl. honey shopping list
- 2 Tbl. apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbl. olive oil shopping list
- 2 cans sliced beets (I use the ones in a jar) shopping list
- 1 fuji apple shopping list
- 1/4 C crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 1-2 tsp chopped parsley shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Make dressing:
- Whisk together honey, vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Rinse and drain beets.
- Cut apple into slices.
- Gently toss beet and apple slices with dressing, coating well.
- Top with blue cheese and parsley.
