Zesty Apple Enchiladas Recipe

How to make it

  • preheat oven to 350
  • mix 1t. vanilla with pie filling
  • spoon filling into tortillas
  • put in baking dish seam side down
  • in a sauce pan combine sugars, butter. water, caynne, 1t. vanilla, and lime zest and juice, boil 3 min.
  • pour sauce over tortillas and sprinkle extra cinnamon on top.
  • bake 30 min.
  • serve with vanilla bean ice cream
