Quick Pickled Eggs

- 1 bottle of pickled onion vinegar [bought frm store and all onions have been eaten, jst save all the pickled vinegar] shopping list
- 6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs [cooled and shells removed] shopping list
How to make it
- Eggs must be completely cooled and shells removed.
- Pop them into the left over pickled onion vinegar.
- Screw lid firmly on jar.
- Place in fridge and keep there for at least 3 weeks. The longer you keep the eggs the better the pickled vinegar will soak thru to the yolk. Its to your own taste!
- There are quite a few choices of pickled onions, spicy, hot & spicy, mild, mild & spicy, sweet & mild, etc..... anyone of these can be used for pickling your eggs. Hope you enjoy them?

I have prepared this egg-xact ;) recipe and the eggs turn out perfectly pickled. You'd think they were store bought. Thanks for reminding me because I haven't made pickled eggs in a very long time.
