Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained

1 small box pistachio instant jello pudding

1 ¾ cup Cool Whip

1/3 cup chopped nuts

Miniature marshmallows (as much as you want)

Directions

Mix together first 2 ingredients.

Fold in last 3 ingredients.

Refrigerate and set.

This is delicious, easy and very pretty - I just love the pale green color with the nuts, marshmallows and pineapple. We used to make this all the time for potlucks, except I believe we called it 'Watergate Salad' - ha! Hey, call the recipe by any name, but just make sure you call me when it's served.
