Ingredients
  • 3-4 lbs. country style pork ribs (boneless is best
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic

Directions
  1. cook ribs in crock pot for 6 hours
  2. simmer sauce ingredients together for 20 minutes
  3. drain juice from crock pot
  4. add sauce
  5. cover and cook another hour and serve!

I brased the ribs prior to adding to the crock pot and I also added green pepper and onion slices. This is an awesome recipe!!
